Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and productive learning environment for each and every child to whom we teach gymnastics. While helping to instill self-esteem and self-confidence in our gymnasts, we foster a sense of dedication and commitment to goal setting that will ultimately lead to success in any of life's endeavors.

The First State Gymnastics Team Program wishes to allow each competitive gymnast the opportunity to excel and aspire to the greatest individual degree in the sport of gymnastics.
Our Facilities
Newark Location
First State Gymnastics is Delaware’s most comprehensive gymnastics training center. The building was designed and built specifically to optimize training and safety. With 17,500 square feet, First State Gymnastics National Training Center (FSG) is an air-conditioned and heated facility that includes the most modern equipment and training aids, as well as convenient, comfortable viewing for parents and siblings.

Camps + Events
Join us for nonstop fun in our fully air-conditioned and heated facility! Your athlete will learn all 4 gymnastics events, challenge themselves on our ninja course, and play in our foam pits and trampolines!
