Our Facility

First State Gymnastics is Delaware’s most comprehensive gymnastics training center. The building was designed and built specifically to optimize training and safety. With 17,500 square feet, First State Gymnastics National Training Center (FSG) is an air-conditioned and heated facility and includes the most modern equipment and training aids, as well as convenient, comfortable viewing for parents and siblings.

Highlights include 2 full gymnastics spring floors, 40 ft inground Tumble-Trak, inground trampoline, power tumbling trak, separate Preschool area, a resi-pit for every apparatus and the ever popular foam pits. We have a brand new 3 tier American Ninja Course with 3 different size warp walls. Come and try it out!
